Refund and Consumer Guarantees Policy

This policy applies to all digital products purchased from Kick-Start.net, operated by Sivad Network Pty. Ltd.

1. No Refunds for Change of Mind Due to the digital, non-returnable nature of our Products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if you decide the Product was not suitable for you after purchase.

When you purchase a Product, you acknowledge that you will receive immediate access to it and that this removes your right to a refund, except where required by law.

2. Disclaimer on AI-Generated Content Our Products are generated using artificial intelligence. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we do not warrant that the content will be perfectly accurate, complete, or meet all your subjective expectations. Dissatisfaction with the creative or subjective nature of the AI-generated content is not grounds for a refund.

3. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy is not intended to limit your statutory rights.

You are entitled to a remedy (such as a refund or a replacement) for a major failure.

A major failure for a digital product may include:

  • The Product file is corrupt, unusable, or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working version in a reasonable time.
  • The Product is significantly different from the description provided on the sales page.

4. What is NOT Considered a Major Failure The following are not considered major failures and do not qualify for a refund:

  • You found the content (e.g., the e-book) unhelpful or did not like the writing style.
  • You found inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the AI-generated content.
  • You change your mind after purchasing.

5. How to Request a Remedy If you believe your Product has a major failure, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase:

  • Please provide:
    • Your order number or the email address used for purchase.
    • A clear description of the issue.
    • Any relevant screenshots or details.

We will assess your request in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
